- ✅In case the money has not been used all the remaining balance can be refunded (in cash only) at our Retail Shop (gift shop) near the exit/entrance before leaving the park.
- ✅In accordance with the water park's rules, no food & drinks from outside are allowed to be taken in. In case a guest brings his/her own food & drink it will be kept at the entrance and returned to the guest when he/she is leaving the park.
